Swift Care Solutions has been delivering agency staff, permanent recruitment, and consultancy services since its inception in 2018. Our founder Janet’s extensive knowledge of CQC regulations, requirements, and operational experience ensures providers receive a professional service when commissioning a quality audit or mock inspection.
Janet has built long-term relationships with our clients as they’ve grown from start-ups
to begin expanding their portfolios. As well as consultancy services, we pride ourselves on providing clinically competent agency nurses, carers and support workers to care providers across East Anglia, and recruiting permanent registered managers, deputies, interim managers and nurses across the UK.
We believe care should always be centred around the person receiving it, and that staff need to feel valued and supported to deliver high quality care that makes a positive difference in their clients’ lives.
Meet the founder
Janet Beacham – Director
Janet started her career as a state registered nurse, district nurse and health visitor. She purchased her first care home in 1983 and launched a successful nursing and homecare agency in the 1990s. Following the sale of these businesses, she discovered her passion for supporting care providers and became an interim manager, turnaround manager, and commissioning manager for several major care organisations. She founded Swift Care Solutions in 2018.
