Our Team understand the pressures and challenges faced by Home Managers. We recognise our clients have an ongoing need to use temporary staff at certain times, which can include covering sickness and annual leave, as well as offering an interim solution to recruitment challenges for permanent roles. We understand that these needs can arise often at short notice and the challenge that these staff shortages can bring.

We ensure that all our Nurses have the necessary clinical skills to support your client group and needs. Our staff are provided with a uniform and ID badge, and we will always send you a profile of any engaged agency worker prior to their shift.

We do not charge commission if, after 12 weeks regular placement, you offer our staff a permanent role.

When you ring the office to fulfil a shift requirement, we will respond “swiftly” to your booking request. Our recruitment process is robust and meets all current legislation. We regularly review our services to ensure we are meeting our client’s expectations and work extremely hard to create and maintain long-term relationships. We value all feedback and regularly undertake customer surveys.

Our out of hours and on-call team ensures this continuity outside office hours. This service is available during evenings, early mornings, and weekends to ensure your staffing needs are effectively supported.

Our charge rates are highly competitive, and we are more than happy to discuss further discounts as part of an ongoing relationship with you if you block book Shifts in advance.
